Sydney Stein, M.S, NDTR

Sydney developed her love of food through the science of Nutrition, thinking that food can heal us all. She is a Registered Dietetic Technician with over a decade of successful experience in commercial and hospital food service as well as clinical – acute and long-term healthcare settings.  She graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Dietetics and Nutrition. She later returned to her Alma Mater and graduated with a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialty in Pediatric Nutrition from Florida International University. 

Specializing in Gastrointestinal Health as well as Pregnancy/Post-Partum and Pediatric Nutrition, she believes the best practices and healthy habits start from infancy.  With her diverse background in healthcare, she uses her knowledge to develop plans that work on healing the gut-microbiome. Understanding the science of digestion, absorption, and metabolism, she has a passion for working with food to heal the body.

 Food is an intimate language that everyone understands, everyone shares... Food crosses cultural barriers. It bridges oceans.
