Gali Zeldin
Gali’s passion for health and wellness began after she had her children. Like many women, Gali wanted to better understand how nutrition, movement, and lifestyle choices influence overall health—not just for herself, but for her family as well. That curiosity quickly grew into a calling. She immersed herself in the science of nutrition, fitness, and holistic health, earning certifications in personal training, holistic nutrition, and gut health.
Her journey became even more personal when she was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Rather than accepting that medication was her only option, she set out to understand the root causes of autoimmune disease and explore evidence-based, holistic approaches to support healing. That experience deepened her knowledge of gut health, hormone balance, inflammation, and the powerful connection between the body’s systems.
Over the years, Gali had the privilege of coaching women through every stage of hormonal health—from perimenopause and menopause to thyroid disorders, digestive issues, weight management, fatigue, and other chronic symptoms. she believes that symptoms are the body’s way of asking for attention, and by identifying and addressing their underlying causes, lasting health is possible.
Gali’s mission is to educate, empower, and guide each client with compassion and practical strategies so they can better understand their bodies, regain confidence in their health, and create sustainable habits that support long-term wellness. She believes true healing comes from addressing the whole person—not just the symptoms—and helping individuals become active participants in their own health journey.
