Dr. Paul’s passion is to motivate and inspire practice members to live life to its fullest potential. He prides himself on working closely with our members to help them get to the root cause of their health issues so they can live their life, not just survive each day and decline as they age. Dr. Paul prides himself in utilizing a wide range of protocols, always tailoring a care plan towards an individual’s needs. As an athlete and humanitarian himself, Dr. Paul truly empathizes with his practice members, their specific needs, and is passionate about individuals achieving the most optimal health that they can.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Oregon, Dr. Sawala returned to the East Coast to pursue his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. He then returned to Palm Beach County where he has practiced Functional Medicine for years, seeing a variety of complex cases, ensuring each person’s root causes were found and resolved so they could truly thrive with their family and friends.

Dr. Paul Sawala is a Florida native, raised in the Town of Jupiter. From a young age, Dr. Paul was drawn to the shore, spending his childhood years participating in any and all activities that took him to the edge of the ocean. In his personal time, Dr. Paul can be found fishing, off-shore diving, or surfing the waves off the beaches of Palm Beach County and beyond.

Dr. Paul is a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He served from 2002 through 2006, completing his tour as a Petty Officer 2nd class (E5). He was stationed at Surf Station, Humboldt Bay, California, and at Air Station, New Orleans, Louisiana.

During his time in the service, Dr. Sawala proudly aided in various United States border security assignments and also participated in search and rescue missions during the destructive forces of hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Dr. Sawala received several commendations and awards during his time in the Coast Guard, including a Letter of Commendation Award, a Presidential Unit Citation Award, Humanitarian Service Award, and medals that included the Good Conduct Medal, and a Coast Guard Merit Unit Commendation Medal. After his years in service, he pursued medical training to continue to serve, but in a new way. He performed life-saving rescue missions in the Coast Guard, and now he wanted to devote the rest of his life to saving lives from needless suffering. He is committed to helping individuals resolve their chronic health concerns naturally and effectively so they can enjoy the rest of their lives, living life to its fullest.
